Pet Policy
A $25.00 monthly pet rent and $500.00 pet deposit are required for each pet. In the event that cleaning and sanitizing are needed or damages occur, deductions will be taken from the pet deposit. The remaining pet deposit will be refunded in the same manner as provided in the rental agreement.
We require current, verifiable medical documentation for all Service Animals. With said approved documentation in place, there is no deposit or pet rent required. Said pet must be properly licensed and inoculated for rabies and other usual inoculations for the type of animal.
Resident agrees to keep pet under strict control and strictly indoors. The pet may not be tied to the patio, porch area, trees or fixtures and left unattended. Your patio must be kept in clean and sanitary condition. Any mess on the grounds created by the pet shall immediately be cleaned up by the pet owner. Dog owners are required to purchase and carry scoopers and/or trash bags when walking dogs within the community, including designated dog run areas
Dog(s) must be on a leash at all times and not allowed in driveways. Cats are required to be kept strictly indoors.
If the pet is loose on the premises and you are not available or willing to retrieve it, Landlord may, but is not obligated to, retrieve and return it to you rental or cause appropriate officials to impound it. Resident agrees to indemnify Landlord for any damages or expense occurred in carrying out any of the foregoing options.
For failure or breach of any of the above regulations, Landlord reserves the right to revoke permission to keep the pet and to terminate the rental agreement herein and to hold Resident responsible for the remainder of the unexpired term thereof.
